SEO Specialist (Strategy & Growth)

About the role

We are seeking an SEO Specialist focused on strategy and growth to drive measurable organic traffic for our digital products. You will shape how users discover our offerings across search engines, working closely with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑moving, data‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with business objectives and quarterly OKRs.
• Manage a continuous pipeline of SEO actions, balancing technical improvements, content opportunities, and growth experiments.
• Oversee technical SEO performance, including site architecture, indexing, crawlability, internal linking, structured data, and platform health.
• Improve Core Web Vitals, page speed, mobile usability, and support migrations or structural changes.
• Lead keyword research and user‑intent mapping to guide content strategy, briefs, metadata, schema, and on‑page optimization.
• Design and execute off‑page SEO initiatives such as backlink acquisition through digital PR and partnerships.
• Monitor performance with analytics tools and translate data into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with content, design, engineering, and marketing teams to embed SEO best practices.
• Create SEO documentation, playbooks, and guidelines for consistent execution.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on SEO experience in a growth‑driven, agency, or enterprise setting.
• Strong expertise in technical SEO, including crawl optimization, indexing, site structure, and JavaScript considerations.
• Proven experience in content strategy, keyword research, on‑page optimization, and conversion‑focused SEO.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or headless systems and basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript knowledge.
