SEO Manager

About the role

Postman is seeking an SEO Manager to drive organic search and answer‑engine optimization that directly fuels product‑led and sales‑led growth. The role sits within Revenue Marketing and focuses on turning search intent into qualified traffic, sign‑ups, and enterprise pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a revenue‑focused SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategy aligned with PLG and SLG goals.
• Prioritize keyword and topic coverage based on buyer intent, pipeline potential, and product activation signals.
• Collaborate with content, product marketing, and demand generation teams to create SEO‑driven content, technical documentation, and AI‑optimized assets.
• Map high‑intent search journeys to product signup and activation flows, and surface organic engagement signals to sales teams.
• Stay ahead of evolving search trends, including AI‑generated answers, LLM‑based discovery, and zero‑click behavior.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on revenue impact rather than rankings.
• Experience linking organic traffic to measurable business outcomes across the full funnel.
• Ability to act as a strategic partner to growth and sales teams.
