About the role

The position is a senior advisory role focused on strengthening Norway’s defence industry presence abroad. The employee will become a central figure in the organisation’s international defence‑industry collaboration, working with a wide network of partners and authorities. The role contributes to a strategically important area for the national defence and security sector.

Key responsibilities

Monitor and follow up on authorities and market opportunities in countries that are important for Norway’s defence and security policy.
Gather, evaluate and communicate relevant information about international markets and development trends to the organisation’s members.
Initiate and facilitate relevant international cooperation activities and networking events.

Required profile

Experience in international cooperation related to defence or security sectors.
Strong analytical and communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and build effective networks across borders.
