Senior UX Researcher – AI‑Powered Legal Products

About the role

We are looking for a Senior UX Researcher to lead research initiatives that shape AI‑driven legal product experiences. You will partner with product, design, and engineering teams, engage directly with legal professionals, and turn complex insights into clear product guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute multi‑method UX research studies for AI‑enabled product areas.
• Plan generative, evaluative, and strategic research projects from concept to delivery.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and AI specialists to inform strategy.
• Conduct rapid discovery research in fast‑moving development cycles.
• Engage with customers and legal experts to uncover workflows, behaviors, and unmet needs.
• Synthesize findings into actionable recommendations for product and business decisions.
• Leverage analytics, behavioral data, and AI‑assisted tools to enhance insight generation.
• Mentor junior researchers on methods, storytelling, and stakeholder communication.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading end‑to‑end UX research using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Track record of independently managing complex research initiatives.
• Hands‑on experience with generative AI tools to support research workflows.
• Ability to translate ambiguous data into clear, strategic guidance.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Experience working with cross‑functional product, design, engineering, and data teams.
