About the role
The Senior UI/UX Designer will own the end‑to‑end product design process, from discovery through developer hand‑off and user acceptance testing. You will collaborate closely with business analysts, product managers and engineering teams to ensure designs are high‑quality, data‑driven and faithfully implemented.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in every stage of the design cycle, creating sketches, high‑fidelity prototypes and style guides.
- Maintain design quality and ensure that final code matches design specifications.
- Estimate design tickets during sprint planning and contribute to agile two‑week sprint cycles.
- Lead sketching sessions with non‑designers and plan moderated usability tests with analysts.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product or UI/UX Designer.
- Proven experience working in an agile environment with two‑week sprints.
- Ability to translate user insights and data into design decisions.
