Senior Supply Chain Project Manager & Operations Analyst

About the role

SKIMS is a global brand redefining modern apparel and is rapidly scaling its operations worldwide. The company seeks a Senior Supply Chain Project Manager & Operations Analyst to lead large‑scale logistics projects and drive operational excellence across its supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end operations and logistics projects, including product launches, network optimization, and process improvements.
• Create and maintain project trackers, define milestones, assign responsibilities, and ensure timely delivery.
• Manage project scope, budgets, risks, and timelines using structured project‑management methodologies.
• Synthesize data from multiple sources to support logistics initiatives and build executive dashboards.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to meet quality, timeline, and contractual obligations.
• Analyze supply‑chain performance metrics to inform continuous improvement and decision‑making.
• Drive change‑management efforts for system implementations and process redesigns.
• Lead RFP processes and 3PL go‑live planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business management, or a related field.
• 5‑7 years of experience in data analysis and project management within logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or manufacturing.
• Strong problem‑solving, critical‑thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
