About the role

As a Senior Strategy Consultant you will work directly with PE investors and portfolio‑company executives, leading end‑to‑end engagements that blend top‑tier consulting expertise with cutting‑edge AI workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute commercial due diligence, growth strategy, and value‑creation projects for private‑equity clients.
• Own workstreams from hypothesis generation and analysis through to client‑ready insights and recommendations.
• Engage directly with senior stakeholders, building trusted relationships.
• Leverage the firm’s AI‑enabled platform to accelerate research, synthesis, and insight generation.
• Translate complex data and market dynamics into clear, actionable strategic recommendations.
• Contribute to the development of internal tools, methodologies, and AI‑enabled workflows.
• Support business growth through thought partnership, client development, and firm‑building initiatives.

Required profile

• Background from a top‑tier strategy consulting firm (MBB or equivalent) or strong Tier 2 equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in strategy consulting with exposure to private equity and commercial due diligence.
• Proven track record of leading workstreams and delivering high‑impact strategic insights.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire for ownership, pace, and impact beyond traditional consulting models.
• Interest in the intersection of AI, technology, and consulting transformation.
