About the role
Dematic is seeking an experienced Senior Software Lead to manage software projects from initiation through closeout, supporting intelligent distribution center order fulfillment solutions across the Americas.
Key responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive software project plans, including scope, tasks, resources, and budget.
- Coordinate with engineering, QA, commissioning, and customer stakeholders to manage scope and deliverables.
- Manage project risks, changes, and communication with internal and external parties.
- Mentor other Software Leads and prepare project reports using data metrics.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain or related discipline.
- 4‑7+ years of software project execution experience.
- 1+ year in industrial automation (WMS or WCS) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel 20‑25%.
