Senior Recruiter – Remote (U.S.)

About the role

Kelly is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full‑cycle talent acquisition across the United States. The role is fully remote and focuses on sourcing, engaging, and hiring top technical, corporate, leadership, sales, and selected property talent.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruiting for a wide range of positions, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Create compelling, diversity‑focused job ads for social media and niche platforms.
• Research and test new sourcing tools and job boards to improve diversity and inclusion.
• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Kelly and its clients through engaging content.
• Participate in strategic recruitment projects and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Leverage data insights and heat‑map reports to shape recruitment strategies.
• Lead collaborations with external recruitment partners and agencies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of end‑to‑end recruitment experience.
• Proven success recruiting for technical and corporate roles.
• Experience supporting multiple business lines or client groups.
• Strong ability to meet KPIs in a fast‑paced, process‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
