About the role

Beast Industries is looking for a Senior Recruiter to shape and scale the teams behind its fast‑growing media, content, and business initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Talent, you will own the full‑cycle hiring process for high‑visibility roles across content, production, operations, and corporate functions.

Key responsibilities

• Own hiring from idea to offer, managing end‑to‑end recruitment for impactful positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define success criteria beyond job descriptions.
• Run fast, focused processes that balance urgency with a high talent bar.
• Source candidates from creative, operational, and non‑traditional backgrounds and build pipelines for hybrid roles.
• Stay connected to creator, media, and internet culture to spot emerging talent early.
• Act as a strategic talent partner, providing market insights and honest feedback to hiring teams.

Required profile

• Experienced recruiter who thrives in ambiguous, high‑ownership environments.
• Comfortable working with creators, producers, operators, and senior leaders.
• Ability to move quickly, make sound judgments, and maintain quality at scale.
