Senior Provisioning Analyst

About the role

The Senior Provisioning Analyst provides acquisition and sustainment logistics support throughout the system lifecycle. This hybrid position supports both initial delivery and ongoing life‑cycle demands for products and services, with occasional travel to the Hanover, Maryland site.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure provisioning decisions meet initial delivery and long‑term support requirements, influencing multiple supportability efforts.
• Gather, prepare, and analyze technical data to develop logistics engineering, support analysis, technical publications, spares, provisioning, field services, and maintenance products.
• Enter parts and material data into custom Logistics Management Information (LMI) databases and maintain their accuracy.
• Participate in provisioning conferences, guidance meetings, and technical manual verifications.
• Analyze engineering source data to identify and recommend spare and repair part requirements and determine required support item quantities.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, procurement, or supply support.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance.
• Demonstrated intermediate knowledge of supply support processes and equipment/parts identification.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LMI databases such as RTX Eagle and Deltek Costpoint.
• Ability to interpret 3D and 2D engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• Intermediate knowledge of logistics management information systems.
• Experience with parts and material data entry and maintenance.
• Understanding of logistics engineering and support analysis concepts.
