Senior Project Manager – Medical Communications

About the role

Synchrony Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of medical communications projects. You will be responsible for defining timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring high‑quality outcomes for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets for multiple campaigns.
• Coordinate internal teams and external contractors to meet project milestones.
• Maintain a deep understanding of client objectives and translate them into actionable deliverables.
• Participate in proposal development, including cost estimates and yearly brand planning.
• Identify process improvements and implement best‑practice project procedures.
• Monitor project progress, conduct quality control, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in project management, preferably within medical or healthcare communications.
• Strong ability to anticipate risks, solve problems proactively, and keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with clients, team members, and third‑party vendors.
