Senior Product Manager – Workflow Orchestration

About the role

We are looking for a senior product manager to lead COVU OS, our advanced workflow management platform that replaces traditional CRMs with task orchestration and data‑driven learning loops. The role focuses on building the systems that power operational workflows for insurance agencies, ensuring the right work reaches the right human or AI agent at the right time.

Key responsibilities

• Define and refine the logic for the Assigner and Ranker systems to maximize task utility and minimize manual effort.
• Rapidly understand the AI‑coded platform, identify UI inconsistencies and logic gaps, and prepare a scalable foundation for Series B.
• Create high‑fidelity plain‑text documentation of logic flows, state changes, and error handling to eliminate engineering friction.
• Conduct user interviews, analyze behavior, and run A/B tests to improve system utility scores and performance.
• Partner with product leadership and the AI team to embed automation and “Insurance GPT” into core workflows.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience in high‑growth SaaS or WFM/CRM environments.
• Strong technical literacy; comfortable reading API responses, writing SQL queries, and drawing system architecture diagrams.
• Proven ability to write clear, plain‑English requirements without relying on generic user‑story templates.
• Experience using AI tools for content generation and prototyping while maintaining data integrity.
• Self‑starter who can make autonomous product decisions quickly.
