Founding Product Engineer

About the role

We are a high‑growth technology company building essential financial infrastructure for America’s industrial sector. As a Founding Product Engineer you will lead 0‑to‑1 product builds, owning the full‑stack lifecycle from concept to shipment, and work directly with manufacturing customers across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Own the complete product lifecycle – from identifying customer pain points, UI/UX design, full‑stack engineering, to final product shipment.
• Travel to manufacturing sites in the Midwest and Southeast to meet customers face‑to‑face, validate concepts and iterate on designs.
• Help shape a product culture that balances speed, quality, and customer obsession.

Required profile

• Experienced builder comfortable delivering full‑stack products in fast‑moving environments.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work directly with end‑users on factory floors.
• Strong execution mindset – ship quickly, discard what doesn’t work, and iterate without ego.
