Senior Product Manager – Plasmid Sequencing

About the role

Plasmidsaurus is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead its flagship plasmid sequencing portfolio. You will drive product strategy, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and help accelerate molecular biology research by delivering cutting‑edge sequencing services.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers and the market to uncover unmet needs, track trends, and act as the internal voice of the customer.
• Define product roadmaps, build business cases, and collaborate with R&D, engineering, sales, and operations to bring products from concept to commercial launch.
• Partner with Product Marketing to create go‑to‑market plans, campaigns, and sales enablement tools.
• Develop frameworks and processes that improve the efficiency of the Product Management function.
• Drive revenue growth for existing services and identify new monetization opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of product management experience in biotech or genomics.
• Deep understanding of modern cloning techniques and molecular biology workflows.
• Proven ability to translate scientific insights into product strategy and commercial success.
• Strong communication skills to align diverse stakeholders.
