Senior Product Manager – Falcon Writer

About the role
Falcon Writer is Veeva’s AI authoring product for regulated life‑sciences content, drafting submittable documents from a customer’s own data so medical writers can produce accurate, source‑backed content faster. We are seeking a Product Manager to own a core part of this product, work directly with medical‑writing, regulatory and clinical teams, and translate their workflows into a roadmap for engineering. The role is hands‑on applied AI with a focus on correctness and prefers candidates in the Eastern or Central Time Zones.
Key responsibilities
- Own and design product features from start to finish, including user stories, requirements, specifications, and quality checks, turning ambiguous problems into clear, shippable work.
- Collaborate closely with Development, QA, Project Management, and Product Management to ensure high‑quality delivery.
- Acquire deep subject‑matter expertise in medical writing and work directly with writers, regulatory and clinical teams to understand workflows, source data, and compliance requirements.
- Define and track metrics such as authoring speed, draft quality, and adoption to drive prioritization.
- Be accountable for the overall success of the product.
Required profile
- 4+ years of hands‑on product management experience.
- Experience shipping AI or machine‑learning product features and defining clear AI use cases with appropriate guardrails and human review.
- Strong ability to understand complex customer workflows and translate early‑stage problems into product direction.
- Extensive customer‑facing experience with the ability to lead discovery and align senior stakeholders.
- A builder’s instinct, preferring to work closely with engineering.
