Senior Pre‑Sales Solutions Architect – West Coast

About the role

At Semperis, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Pre‑Sales Solutions Architect to join our North America team, supporting customers across the Pacific and Mountain time zones. This role blends technical expertise in security and identity solutions with consultative selling to drive successful engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct effective product demonstrations online and in‑person, and lead technical presentations and ROI discussions.
• Perform proof‑of‑concept installations directly with customers and design technical solutions that meet business, technical, and financial goals.
• Collaborate with sales to develop winning strategies, create requirements documents, proposals, and ROI models.
• Provide pre‑sales technical assistance, product education, and feedback to engineering teams.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Semperis products and emerging technology trends, and travel up to 50% to customer sites or events.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience in enterprise IT or software, with deep knowledge of Active Directory (10,000+ users).
• Experience with large directory services environments and consultative selling to identify customer pain points.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both business and technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience; infosec or IAM experience is a plus.

• Active Directory administration/architecture (10k+ users).
• Azure AD and Office 365 (bonus).
• Identity and Access Management concepts.
• Customer demo delivery and proof‑of‑concept implementation.
• Technical presentation and ROI modeling.
