Senior Photography Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Photography Project Manager to own the end‑to‑end workflow for all photo projects within our in‑house Brand Marketing team. You will be the single point of intake, coordinating requests from multiple departments and ensuring smooth delivery through post‑production.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming photography project requests via Workfront, handling intake, categorisation and prioritisation.
• Facilitate daily stand‑ups to review status, resolve blockers and balance workload across retouchers and art directors.
• Build and maintain project scopes, timelines and capacity reports for multiple concurrent projects.
• Track team hours, progress and risks, proactively flagging capacity or timeline issues.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and improve workflows across the photography and creative operations functions.
• Ensure final deliverables meet brand, editorial and legal compliance standards.

Required profile

• 5+ years of project‑management experience in an in‑house creative team, agency ops, or similar high‑volume environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate business requirements into clear creative briefs.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem‑solving abilities with keen attention to detail.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Workfront (project setup, task management, reporting, workflow configuration).
• Familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, metadata and delivery workflows.
• Microsoft 365 fluency.
