Senior Pega Architect (Remote)

About the role

Fathom Management is seeking a Senior Pega Architect to lead the design, deployment, and optimization of enterprise Pega solutions for a government/enterprise client. The role provides technical leadership, architecture guidance, integration strategy, performance tuning, and mentorship while maintaining high standards for security and platform governance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for enterprise‑wide Pega implementations.
• Design, deploy, and optimize Pega applications on the Pega 8.x platform.
• Integrate Pega solutions with existing enterprise infrastructure and other technologies.
• Collaborate with integration architects and cross‑functional technology teams.
• Perform platform performance optimization, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
• Lead design reviews, code reviews, and enforce Pega guardrails and best practices.
• Ensure information‑security, regulatory compliance, and platform governance.

Required profile

• Recent hands‑on experience as a Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) on large‑scale enterprise projects.
• U.S. citizenship (required for government contracts).
• Willingness to complete candidate verification (photo ID and possible video).
• Senior‑level experience in solution, systems, and enterprise architecture.
