Senior Operations Analyst

About the role

ONDOONDO, a venture‑backed ethical apparel brand, is seeking a detail‑oriented Senior Operations Analyst to join its fast‑growing New York team. You will act as the engine room of daily operations, ensuring inventory data is accurate and orders flow smoothly to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary administrator of the Inventory Management System (IMS), handling PO creation, inventory receiving, sales order processing, SKU data, and BOM maintenance.
• Perform routine system audits and support monthly inventory reconciliation.
• Manage daily communication with the 3PL partner, troubleshoot order issues in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Shopify, and track outbound shipments.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs such as shipping speed and receiving accuracy.
• Support new product launches by coordinating inventory receipt, production timelines, and inbound freight documentation.
• Assist in updating monthly forecast models with current sales and inventory data.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience supporting brand operations in a consumer, DTC, or retail environment.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Technical proficiency with Shopify and inventory or warehouse management systems (e.g., Cin7, NetSuite, WMS).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical problem‑solving ability, and collaborative mindset.
