About the role
Alcon is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Engineer for its MARLO practice solutions. Reporting to the Sr. Director, KA+PS, US Vision Care, you will combine deep technical knowledge with sales expertise to expand Alcon’s MARLO footprint across large national eye‑care and consumer‑focused SaaS accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and end‑to‑end selling cycles with enterprise customers, translating business needs into viable product and workflow solutions.
- Collaborate with Digital Health, Key Accounts, Practice Solutions, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align strategy and execution.
- Serve on the MARLO Steering Committee, shaping product direction and prioritizing enterprise initiatives.
- Support field commercial teams and manage solution feasibility, ensuring delivery of standard and customized offerings.
- Drive revenue growth, contributing to Alcon’s $300M+ annual lens sales target.
Required profile
- Proven experience in enterprise sales engineering within the medical or digital health sector.
- Strong ability to bridge commercial, product, and delivery functions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Track record of influencing product strategy and delivering complex solutions.
