Senior Manager – Retail Operations

About the role

Apple Retail is seeking a Senior Manager to lead a high‑performing store team, drive customer experience excellence, and support the Store Leader in strategic decision‑making. You will shape the store’s vision, develop managers, and ensure business priorities are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and empower a team of managers and associates, fostering growth and performance.
• Recruit, train, develop, and retain a diverse, high‑performing workforce.
• Participate in floor leadership, model best practices, and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Address customer and team member concerns, escalating when necessary.
• Plan and execute operational strategy to achieve store performance goals.
• Uphold company policies, protect assets, and maintain confidentiality.
• Promote an inclusive environment and demonstrate Apple’s values daily.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in retail, sales, or a related field.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays as required.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English (sign‑language support).
