About the role

A24 is looking for a strategic, results‑driven Senior Manager to lead the Los Angeles Creative Marketing team’s paid media operations. You will own the end‑to‑end production lifecycle for theatrical release campaigns, blending creative vision with data‑informed decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

  • Own the full paid media production lifecycle across formats such as display, high‑impact takeovers, OOH, programmatic, social and earned media.
  • Set a strong creative vision, raise the quality of every touchpoint, and craft first‑to‑market campaigns that tell bold stories.
  • Develop compelling creative briefs and presentations that inspire internal teams, agencies and external partners.
  • Manage freelancers, vendors and agency partners end‑to‑end, ensuring campaigns stay on time, on brand and at a high creative bar.
  • Partner with media planning and buying teams to translate performance insights into sharper creative decisions.
  • Apply emerging ad‑tech, AI‑driven tools and generative creative applications to improve workflow speed and scalability.
  • Lead cross‑functional collaboration with media, post, international and platform partners.
  • Mentor junior team members and establish best practices for production, media operations and data‑informed creative work.

Required profile

  • 6‑8 years of experience in paid media, creative marketing or digital production within film, entertainment or a related industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise across the paid media landscape and a clear point of view on ad‑tech trends.
  • Proven track record leading complex, multi‑vendor production workflows at scale.
  • Strong creative instincts with the ability to develop, articulate and defend ideas that raise the bar.
  • Deep passion for film marketing and entertainment, with a strategic, curious and resourceful mindset.
