Senior Manager – Operations Consulting (US)

About the role

This senior manager position leads large‑scale transformation programmes for asset‑intensive organisations across the United States. The role is based anywhere in the US and involves extensive travel (80%+), partnering with clients to solve complex operational, safety and sustainability challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary consulting teams and manage delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Identify operational risks and performance gaps, developing practical, value‑focused solutions.
• Ensure high‑quality, timely, and impactful project delivery.
• Coach, mentor, and develop consultants and managers.
• Support account growth through proposals, opportunity shaping, and client engagement.
• Contribute to capability development, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
