Senior Manager, Ocular Health Pharma Marketing

About the role

Alcon is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the global launch and brand stewardship of Systane® within its Ocular Health portfolio. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to shape market opportunities, create compelling assets, and drive growth for dry‑eye management worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global product launches, asset development, and commercial campaign execution for Systane®.
• Develop and deploy ECP and consumer‑facing materials in collaboration with external agencies.
• Build strategic launch plans, including positioning, messaging, and high‑impact promotional campaigns.
• Design and implement omnichannel marketing strategies, including digital tactics, to engage HCPs and consumers.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative research to uncover insights and guide strategic decisions.
• Champion global brand equity, ensuring consistent positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
• Oversee global claims and MAP approval processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support lifecycle management, packaging updates, and product claim revisions.
• Collaborate with R&D, Strategy, and Market Access to align upstream marketing with portfolio priorities.
• Lead budget planning and resource allocation for optimal launch effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven experience in pharmaceutical or eye‑care brand marketing, preferably at a senior level.
• Strong track record of launching global products and managing cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate research into actionable strategies.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment and influence stakeholders.
