Senior Manager, Business Operations (New Products)

About the role

This senior‑level position leads the incubation and scaling of new product lines at Jerry.ai. You will operate at the crossroads of product strategy, analytics, and execution, turning early concepts into market‑ready offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end development of new business verticals, from ideation through launch and growth.
• Embed within existing product teams to master internal processes, research methods, and prototyping workflows.
• Conduct deep market research, data analysis, and experimentation to uncover high‑potential opportunities.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into structured plans, product requirements, and actionable roadmaps.
• Partner with engineering, design, and analytics teams to build, test, and iterate on new products.
• Own performance tracking and optimization of early‑stage products using data‑driven insights.
• Build and scale dedicated teams as new verticals mature.

Required profile

• 4+ years in management consulting (preferably MBB), investment banking, or high‑growth startup environments.
• Proven ability to solve unstructured problems and create executable plans.
• Experience working directly with senior executives in fast‑paced settings.
• Strong systems‑thinking and first‑principles approach to markets and customer behavior.
• Highly autonomous with an ownership mindset.
• Excellent communication skills for articulating insights, strategy, and trade‑offs.
