Senior Manager, Brand Media

About the role

RIMOWA Americas is looking for a dynamic Senior Manager, Brand Media to lead and elevate brand awareness across the Americas from its New York office. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, Americas, you will translate global media strategy into local, integrated campaigns that bring the brand to life.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of integrated brand media campaigns across OOH, print, paid social, video, display and in‑mall media.
• Support the VP and headquarters in building the yearly regional media strategy, ensuring alignment with global direction.
• Create and manage media plans, marketing calendars, timelines and budgets.
• Manage relationships with media agencies and vendors, overseeing media buying and premium placements.
• Set up and launch in‑house paid‑social efforts on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, Pinterest and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with HQ and the Performance Marketing team to coordinate creative assets, align full‑funnel strategy and use performance data to inform macro media strategy.
• Prepare post‑campaign reports, insights and conduct regular QBRs with key media partners.
• Oversee franchise market relationships and coordinate retail‑specific activations.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of brand media and marketing experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Proven track record of developing, launching and optimizing integrated media strategies across diverse channels.
• Experience managing media agencies, buying, and securing premium placements.
• Strong analytical capabilities to track performance metrics such as impressions and CPMs.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to ensure adherence to global brand guidelines.
