Senior Manager, Brand Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Manager of Brand Marketing to own CertifyOS’s brand presence, content output, and audience‑building channels. The role combines strategic brand vision with hands‑on content production across thought leadership, LinkedIn, podcasts, events, employer branding and corporate communications.

Key responsibilities

• Define and steward CertifyOS’s brand identity, voice, tone and visual language, maintaining a living brand‑guidelines system.
• Lead the master content strategy and editorial calendar, producing articles, blogs, newsletters, video scripts, white papers and sales‑enablement assets.
• Operate owned media channels – launch and grow the company podcast, drive LinkedIn engagement and manage a subscriber‑focused newsletter.
• Plan and execute events, webinars and roundtables that raise brand visibility and support pipeline generation.
• Develop and promote the employer brand, creating recruiting content, managing Glassdoor and careers‑page messaging, and drafting executive communications.

Required profile

• 6–10+ years of brand marketing, content strategy or editorial leadership, preferably in health‑tech or B2B SaaS.
• Proven experience building content operations at scale, including editorial systems and high‑volume production workflows.
• Hands‑on experience managing LinkedIn, newsletters, podcasts or video programs.
• Strong writing and editorial skills with the ability to produce and guide compelling B2B content.
• Track record translating business goals into brand narratives that resonate with health‑plan buyers and talent audiences.
