Senior Management Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Management Consultant to join our Houston‑based team. You will work on large‑scale process improvement, automation, and data‑science projects for Fortune 1000 clients, splitting your time between the office and remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, document, and analyze current‑state business processes through interviews and observation.
• Lead executive‑level workstreams, present findings, and manage end‑to‑end project delivery.
• Gather requirements, create user stories, and define acceptance criteria for automation initiatives.
• Design “As‑Is” and future‑state process maps, recommending RPA, AI, or analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with functional teams, business SMEs, and IT to drive consensus and ensure successful implementation.
• Support production and continuous improvement of automated workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in management consulting, process improvement, or automation.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects from inception to delivery.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in RPA/AI toolsets.
