Senior Leasing Professional – Watermark Buzzard Point

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Senior Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts for the Watermark Buzzard Point community in Washington. You will be responsible for driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through proactive leasing activities and exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness, and oversee smooth resident transitions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply concessions or specials as needed.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential leasing or property management, preferably in a high‑volume community.
• Strong knowledge of local rental market dynamics and ability to adapt strategies accordingly.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills with a focus on resident satisfaction.
• Detail‑oriented approach to unit inspections, documentation, and compliance.
