Senior Implementation Consultant – Remote (US)

About the role

Kelly is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to lead large‑scale program implementations for U.S. clients on a fully remote basis. You will act as a subject‑matter expert, translating business requirements into technology solutions and ensuring successful program launches.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert design consultation and translate customer requirements into supportable technology configurations.
• Prepare and deliver program documentation such as kickoff presentations, reports, surveys, quick reference guides, program manuals, and design specifications.
• Lead client discovery sessions covering business processes, technology, and data.
• Document future‑state business processes and technology configuration requirements.
• Manage project workstreams, execute deliverables and milestones, and drive on‑time program launches.
• Develop and deploy clear communication plans to guide clients through change.

Required profile

• Extensive experience delivering large‑scale program or project implementations.
• Proficiency applying change‑management methodologies across diverse stakeholders.
• Flexibility and agility in responding to evolving priorities and ambiguity.
• Professional handling of sensitive or politically charged issues.
• Ability to integrate quickly and contribute effectively within a team environment.
