Senior Identity Security Engineer – SailPoint IIQ/ISC

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Senior Identity Security Engineer with deep expertise in SailPoint IIQ/ISC to join its Financial Services unit in Plano, TX. The role sits within the Infrastructure Project Lead team and focuses on delivering identity‑management solutions for banking, wealth management and insurance clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project timelines, proactively identifying resource gaps to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and clients, conducting regular meetings and milestone reviews.
• Support production support operations, handling incident resolution, deployment efficiency and change implementation.
• Monitor deliverables across all project phases, guaranteeing quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
• Manage project risks, govern scope and identify additional opportunities for value creation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior SailPoint developer or lead in identity‑access governance projects.
• Strong ability to communicate with stakeholders and build collaborative relationships.
• Demonstrated risk‑management and governance skills, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
• Capacity to balance project economics with strategic priorities.
