Senior Growth Marketer

About the role

Rare Carat is seeking a strategic, execution‑oriented Senior Growth Marketer to drive qualified demand across paid channels. You will own the full‑funnel campaign lifecycle, from targeting strategy to performance analysis, helping the company scale its ecommerce business.

Key responsibilities

• Build, launch, and continuously optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads and other platforms to generate qualified inbound demand.
• Monitor campaign health by adjusting bids, budgets, audiences and landing pages against defined KPIs and revenue goals.
• Design and run A/B tests, feed‑based optimizations, and data‑driven recommendations to improve investment efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) with 4+ years of hands‑on performance‑marketing experience managing large ad budgets.
• Proven ability to operate as an individual contributor, owning strategy, execution and analysis without direct people‑management responsibilities.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable making decisions with incomplete data and thriving in fast‑paced, results‑driven environments.

• Product feed creation, catalog automation and feed‑management tools.
• A/B testing, attribution modeling, measurement frameworks and automation tools.
• Integration of AI tools into daily marketing workflows.
