Senior ERP Service Owner

About the role

Moog is looking for a strategic Senior ERP Service Owner to lead the ERP service for the Power & Data sector. You will be responsible for delivering maximum business value, supporting both operational and strategic goals, and aligning the current ERP landscape with Moog’s future‑state SAP strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the sector’s ERP service portfolio.
• Lead a team of Application Analysts and drive continuous service improvements.
• Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure ERP solutions meet business needs.
• Oversee vendor relationships, licensing, support agreements, and service delivery.
• Manage integrations, APIs, EDI, batch processing, and SQL‑based data flows.
• Implement IT service management, change and release management processes using Agile methodologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 7 years of experience in technology, enterprise applications, or ERP roles.
• Minimum 3 years of experience owning or managing technical or business systems.
• Proven track record in ERP transformation, change management, and continuous improvement within manufacturing, engineering or supply‑chain environments.
• Strong knowledge of finance, manufacturing, procurement, supply‑chain, inventory and master‑data processes.
• Experience supporting regulated environments (security, compliance, trade control, traceability).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving abilities.
