About the role
As a Senior Downstream Product Manager for the Philips LumiGuide 3D Device Guidance, you will drive commercialization, marketing execution, and commercial performance of the portfolio, partnering with marketing and commercial leaders to turn breakthrough imaging and physiology technologies into real adoption and better patient care.
Key responsibilities
- Lead downstream commercialization strategy for the LumiGuide portfolio, including value propositions, pricing, go‑to‑market plans and launch campaigns.
- Serve as product champion for marketing and sales teams by delivering messaging, training, tools and commercial activation support.
- Shape growth strategy, market‑development plans and cross‑functional actions to build adoption and scale the business.
- Define and execute the annual marketing plan in partnership with segment leadership for North America.
- Collaborate with marketers and cross‑functional teams to develop local launch and go‑to‑market strategies.
- Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders and support a high‑visibility global role with 25 % travel.
Required profile
- 8 + years of experience (or 5 + years with a Master’s) in product management, downstream or global marketing within an international business.
- Experience in medical devices, medical imaging or health technology; cardiology background preferred.
- Individual contributor who leads through influence across regional and cross‑functional teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
- Outstanding communicator and presenter able to engage executive leaders, customers and commercial teams.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25 % and reside within commuting distance of Plymouth, MN.
Required skills
- Market segmentation and competitive strategy.
- Go‑to‑market planning and value‑proposition development.
- Use of AI‑assisted tools such as Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT to enhance insights.
- New Product Introduction (NPI), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement (preferred).
What we offer
- Pay range $131,000 – $209,000 with potential annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long‑term incentives.
- Comprehensive total‑rewards benefits including generous PTO, 401(k) match up to 7 %, HSA contributions, stock purchase plan and education reimbursement.
- Office‑based role with a hybrid schedule (minimum three days on‑site per week).
