About the role
Beam is seeking a senior brand leader to define how the company appears to the world and translate that presence into commercial impact. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, you will own the owned‑channel portfolio, partnerships, brand activations, and the overall brand voice that runs through every product story.
Key responsibilities
- Lead PR, organic social, and experiential channels as an integrated system with clear KPIs.
- Develop and maintain top‑tier media relationships, manage agency partners, and shape earned‑media narratives.
- Own platform strategy, content direction, and cultural relevance for organic social.
- Identify, negotiate, and execute brand partnerships, sponsorships, and licensing opportunities.
- Steward brand voice and product positioning across the organization.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines using consumer insights.
- Lead brand campaigns and product‑launch storytelling from brief through measurement.
Required profile
- Proven senior brand leader with a track record of driving business results through brand work.
- Experience building or leading a PR function with strong media relationships.
- Deep understanding of organic social and cultural relevance for brands.
- Hands‑on experience delivering experiential activations, partnerships, and licensing deals.
- Expertise in crafting positioning, messaging, and consistent brand voice.
