Senior Director, Client Delivery – RPO

About the role

The Senior Director, Client Delivery – RPO leads a global portfolio of Recruitment Process Outsourcing programs, ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and strategic growth. Reporting to senior leadership, you will act as a trusted advisor to client executives and shape the long‑term direction of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic operational plans that align client goals with Kelly’s business objectives.
• Oversee day‑to‑day delivery across multiple teams, ensuring SLA, KPI, and financial targets are met.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives to drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and delivery standardization.
• Allocate resources—including people, technology, and budget—across the portfolio to support strategic priorities.
• Own P&L accountability for the portfolio, managing profitability and financial performance.
• Partner with senior client executives to identify risks, create contingency plans, and ensure seamless recovery.
• Monitor recruitment and operational metrics, using data‑driven insights to guide decisions.
• Build and maintain executive‑level relationships with client stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in RPO or related talent acquisition services.
• Strong track record of managing large, global portfolios with P&L responsibility.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior client executives and drive growth.
• Experience leading cross‑functional, multicultural teams.
