Senior Director, Brand Marketing

About the role

CooperVision is seeking a senior leader to shape and execute the brand strategy for its portfolio of four national contact‑lens brands. Reporting into the commercial organization, the Senior Director will ensure a consistent brand experience across all customer touchpoints while driving growth in the U.S. market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead overall brand positioning, messaging, and value proposition for multiple brands.
• Maintain brand architecture and adapt portfolio strategy as new products launch.
• Leverage market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across professional and consumer channels, including digital, social, PR, events, partnerships, content, samples, rebates, and traditional media.
• Partner with sales teams to create cohesive go‑to‑market plans and manage the Plan‑of‑Action process.
• Oversee annual brand planning, campaign calendars, and KPI measurement for brand health, awareness, and preference.
• Analyze performance data to optimize spend, manage the marketing budget, and maximize ROI.
• Build, mentor, and inspire a high‑performing team of brand marketers.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience leading brand marketing for consumer‑focused products.
• Strong track record of developing and executing integrated, multi‑channel campaigns.
• Ability to collaborate with sales, customer marketing, professional affairs, legal, regulatory, and finance stakeholders.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience setting and measuring brand KPIs.
• Leadership skills to develop and manage a high‑performing marketing team.
