Senior Cyber Strategy Consultant

About the role

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its Cyber Strategy practice. You will work with clients across industries to evaluate and strengthen their cybersecurity programs, aligning security initiatives with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver cybersecurity strategy and transformation engagements.
• Support assessments, facilitate stakeholder interviews and workshops, and analyse findings.
• Evaluate governance structures, policies, operating models and risk‑management capabilities against industry frameworks.
• Identify capability gaps, emerging risks and strategic improvement opportunities.
• Develop and present executive‑level deliverables, reports and transformation roadmaps.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, mentor junior members and contribute to business‑development activities.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, risk‑management principles and industry trends.
• Ability to analyse complex problems and produce practical, business‑oriented recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Experience creating executive‑level presentations and client‑facing deliverables.
• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality client service.
