Senior CLO Compliance Analyst

About the role

Siepe is a fast‑growing technology company serving investment managers. The Senior CLO Compliance Analyst will work with product groups to execute operational objectives, perform compliance testing, and support client reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Model compliance tests as defined in legal documents onto in‑house systems.
• Interpret legal documents including indentures and credit agreements.
• Create waterfall and borrowing base calculations according to legal documents.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data and modeling differences.
• Create innovative solutions based on client needs, market conditions, or technical expertise.
• Lead client‑specific projects to ensure timely and quality delivery of models.
• Train and share knowledge with junior analysts.
• Create training and procedural documents.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in financial modeling, CLO compliance, or related analytical roles.
• Ability to read and interpret complex legal documents to create calculations for financial models.
• Advanced knowledge of CLO compliance calculations and financial modeling.
• Experience with CDO/CLO waterfall calculations and/or borrowing base calculations.
• Intermediate knowledge of SQL and Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Authorization to work in the country without visa sponsorship.
