Senior Brand Manager – Specialty Lens Portfolio

About the role

CooperVision is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to lead the marketing strategy and execution for its U.S. scleral and hybrid lens portfolio. This senior‑level position focuses on driving growth, meeting forecast targets, and supporting broader American regions while collaborating with global teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans for all SEC scleral and hybrid brands in the United States.
• Create educational content and presentations for professional affairs events, trade shows, and corporate accounts.
• Own and prioritize the PAA budget, allocating resources to internal and external educational opportunities.
• Serve as the primary liaison for Canadian and LATAM teams, providing product training and coordinating with suppliers and international partners.
• Manage third‑party licensing agreements, including contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with R&D and Global Marketing on product development, feature enhancements, and trial configurations.
• Research emerging technologies and recommend product extensions to support company growth.
• Recruit and maintain relationships with specialty Key Opinion Leaders and professional associations.
• Oversee philanthropic programs and deliver lectures or moderation at events and trade shows.

Required profile

• Authorized to work permanently in the United States without future sponsorship.
• Full‑time onsite availability in Victor, NY (5 days per week).
• Proven experience in brand or product management within the eye‑care or medical device sector, preferably with specialty contact lenses.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and lead cross‑functional projects.
• Strong track record of building relationships with KOLs, associations, and external partners.
