Senior Associate Strategist – Leadership Track

About the role

Jump is a boutique strategy firm that partners with high‑impact companies to solve complex, high‑stakes challenges. As a Senior Associate Strategist on the Leadership Track, you will work directly with senior leaders, shaping strategy, facilitating decision‑making, and coaching executives.

Key responsibilities

• Create and deliver executive‑level strategic recommendations based on research, ethnographic interviews, and data analysis.
• Design and lead workshops, working sessions, and executive discussions to drive decision‑making.
• Present recommendations and coach leaders during pivotal moments.
• Mentor junior team members and help raise the overall quality of deliverables.
• Support client relationship development and contribute to Jump’s thought‑leadership initiatives.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience in strategy, consulting, design, research, innovation, product, brand, or a related field.
• Depth in at least one discipline (business strategy, design/visualization, or social science) with exposure to another area.
• Strong academic background (top‑25 university or equivalent) or comparable top‑tier professional experience.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and a track record of raising quality standards.
• Ability to earn trust in senior conversations through clear judgment and presence.
