Senior Associate Strategist – Leadership Track

About the role

Jump is seeking a Senior Associate Strategist to join its Leadership Track. In this position you will work directly with senior leaders, helping them solve high‑stakes strategic challenges through research, analysis, and executive‑level recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Create strategy by leading research, ethnographic interviews, trend analysis and delivering clear, visualized recommendations.
• Facilitate decision‑making by designing and leading working sessions and executive discussions.
• Coach leaders by presenting recommendations and supporting them during pivotal moments.
• Mentor junior team members, raising the overall quality of deliverables.
• Contribute to firm growth through client relationship support and thought‑leadership activities.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience in strategy, consulting, design, research, innovation, product, brand or a related field.
• Depth in at least one discipline (business strategy, design/visualization, or social science) with exposure to another.
• Strong academic background (top‑25 university or equivalent) or comparable top‑tier professional experience.
• Comfort with ambiguity, high standards, and the ability to earn trust in senior conversations.
