Senior Associate Brand Marketing – Essentia

About the role

Nestlé USA is seeking a Senior Associate Brand Marketing to drive high‑impact brand experiences for the Essentia portfolio. The role will lead cross‑functional teams to develop and execute campaigns that align with the brand’s vision and resonate with consumers across multiple touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing multi‑channel marketing campaigns, coordinating internal teams and external vendors.
• Create marketing assets such as channel strategies, customer‑facing decks, and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to shape brand strategies and drive engagement.
• Develop and implement brand experience strategies, monitor performance metrics, and recommend improvements.
• Oversee multiple brand projects, managing timelines, stakeholders, and delivering results on schedule.
• Collaborate with sales and commercial teams to align brand initiatives with business objectives and ensure smooth handoff to operational partners.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Communications or related field; MBA preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in brand management, marketing or related functions.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex projects.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with a track record of delivering high‑impact campaigns.
