Senior Architect – Hospitality Design

About the role

DLR Group is seeking a Senior Architect to lead hospitality projects in its integrated design team. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality architecture and interior design that elevate the human experience for hotel guests.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project development, client relationships, and implementation in coordination with the Project Manager and Project Designer.
• Oversee quality assurance/control, ensure adherence to practice standards and protocol compliance.
• Align design intent with project schedules, budgets, and profitability targets.
• Spearhead conceptual design and technical strategies, coordinating all disciplines involved in building design.
• Present design and technical solutions to clients and stakeholders.
• Mentor and lead multidisciplinary teams to produce high‑quality deliverables and drive innovative design excellence.
• Execute quality assurance and control measures throughout all project phases.
• Maintain clear communication with the Project Manager and design team to ensure alignment on design intent.
