Senior Analyst – Business Development

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Analyst to drive business development across its North America Commercial segment. You will analyze large‑market portfolios, create best‑practice materials, and support the growth of existing customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze Large Market portfolios to identify trends and develop marketing collateral.
• Write white papers and present insights at industry events.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Platform teams to enhance value propositions.
• Support business targets by influencing customer account strategies using data‑driven recommendations.
• Execute cross‑functional projects in business development, advertising, marketing and product management.
• Provide profitability modeling, financial forecasting and competitive analysis.
• Act as project manager for small‑ to mid‑size initiatives and partner with sales teams.

Required profile

• Moderate professional experience in financial services, cards, payments or a related field.
• Understanding of Mastercard’s Sales Discipline Framework.
• Proven track record in planning, managing and closing complex sales efforts.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication and analytical abilities.
