Senior Advisor – Community Partnerships & Movement Bridging

About the role

The Senior Advisor, Community Partnerships & Movement Bridging leads the development, implementation, and expansion of Ipas U.S. programming in priority regions. Working remotely across multiple states, the role focuses on strengthening abortion access through community‑driven partnerships and movement‑building strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute strategies that advance reproductive justice and community‑based abortion access.
• Lead culture‑shift initiatives to reduce abortion stigma and reshape public narratives.
• Develop and scale movement‑strengthening programs that empower local partners.
• Collaborate with communications teams to amplify state‑based voices.
• Manage consultants, vendors, and budgets to meet program goals.
• Supervise one staff member and build program capacity.
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in community partnership development and movement building.
• Strong understanding of reproductive health policy and abortion access challenges.
• Ability to work collaboratively across a global network.
• Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
