Security & IT Manager

About the role

Clark is building the trust infrastructure for the AI economy and needs a Security & IT Manager to develop and maintain its technology infrastructure. This fully onsite role partners with leadership, engineering, and operations to safeguard data, manage IT operations, and embed a security‑first culture as the company scales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive IT and security frameworks.
• Oversee network, system, and endpoint security, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Monitor and assess risks, deploying appropriate safeguards and controls.
• Lead incident response and manage security breach investigations.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security standards such as SOC2 and ISO 27001.
• Provide hands‑on IT support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Manage vendors, evaluate new technologies, and drive technology adoption.
• Educate and train team members on security policies and IT protocols, and report on security posture to leadership.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in IT management, security, or a related field, preferably in technology or SaaS.
• Deep knowledge of security best practices, frameworks, and tools.
• Strong technical background across operating systems, networking, and cloud platforms.
• Excellent communicator able to explain complex technical matters clearly.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, highly organized and comfortable in a fast‑paced, fully onsite environment.
• Demonstrates strong ownership and accountability.
