Seasonal Retail Team Member – Americana at Brand

About the role

As a Seasonal Team Member you will help deliver an exceptional store experience during the busiest time of year at the Americana at Brand location. You will support a fast‑paced environment, bring energy to every interaction, and create personalized moments for each customer.

Key responsibilities

• Greet every customer with warmth, authenticity and professionalism.
• Learn product stories, sizing and fit to provide confident, thoughtful assistance.
• Maintain a premium brand feel through elevated body language and refined selling behaviors.
• Keep the floor stocked, clean and organized during peak traffic.
• Operate POS and MPOS systems accurately to ensure seamless checkout experiences.
• Adapt to different store zones, step in where needed and embrace coaching.
• Take feedback seriously and look for daily improvements.
• Drive results by helping meet store goals and supporting the customer experience.

Required profile

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in retail, sales or the service industry.
• Passion for helping others and strong teamwork orientation.
• Ability to multitask and pivot quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills and openness to feedback.
• Ambition to learn and grow; fan of SKIMS products and values.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States; must provide documentation upon hire.
