Seasonal ACM Consultant – Accommodation Services

About the role

The ACM Consultant provides end‑to‑end case management for accommodation requests related to life events. Working within Amazon's Disability & Leave Services team, you will support employees, applicants and candidates worldwide throughout leave of absence or disability events.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate and respond to employee inquiries about accommodation events, benefits and options.
• Serve as the single point of contact for assigned employees, reviewing medical documentation in compliance with federal, state and Amazon policies.
• Leverage Amazon guidelines and best‑practice tools to oversee each accommodation case.
• Assess and adjust case management plans as employee needs evolve.
• Address sensitive situations, troubleshoot barriers and ensure timely communication.
• Educate managers and business partners on employee concerns before and after leave periods.
• Maintain accurate system records and ensure compliance with regulations and company policy.
• Collaborate with third‑party administrators, HR, Safety, Legal, Payroll, Benefits and other internal teams.

Required profile

• Individual contributor role with no direct reports.
• Strong ability to assess changing employee needs and adjust plans accordingly.
• Experience handling sensitive, confidential situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of federal and state leave regulations and Amazon policies.
